Who we are
We are one of the few commercial food processors offering an extensive freeze-dried food selection. Currently, we are focused on growing our candy and sweets division. We are excited to offer one of the most comprehensive candy and sweets selections in Washington State.
How it started-
Fairsage Freeze-drying was founded in 2021 in Bellingham WA. The founder is a transplant from the sunny coast of Florida. She brings 10 years of culinary experience to her art. Our first freeze-dryer is named Rosepoint and can still be found in the test portion of our commercial kitchen.
The Present-
You can find us at local markets around Washington state! Stop by and say hello!
The Future-
We hope to add freeze dried fruits and vegetables to our lineup of products. Food preservation is one of our top goals for the future.
